You story sounds really interesting, but the fact that an adult is named Nevaeh, as thats a very new name and I have never met someone over 6 with that name and it just doesn't fit on an adult, even a hippie ( I know a lot of hippies as they have a compound near where I live and they prefer nature names and names that mean happy or peace, [A lot of the names I put down are names I've heard from them] not names like Nevaeh, especially on an adult. If you switched the names and gave the baby the name Nevaeh, it would be more age fitting than on the mother, or even just switch Nevaeh back to Heaven or Haven on the mother it would be more age fitting. Just a little thought

I instantly thought Sage. Sage Winter Rose if you wanna get really hippie.
Briar or Thistle are also cool names with a little edge.
When I was a baby my dad nicknamed me Cricket because I would get excited when I heard him and make little chirping noises
