I'm looking for a girl name that is short, cute, fresh, exciting, sophisticated, but is interesting and could be seen as exotic - perhaps an international name.

Something along the lines of Mika (mee-ka), Kaia, Kala, and Nyla.

DH is really liking Kaia and Mika but I'm not sure they are interesting enough... Opinions? Do they seem pretty normal? I want something unexpected. Middle name will probably be Sparrow.

Out of Kaia and Mika, Kaia has my vote.

I know a little Kalia (kah-lee-a). It's both unexpected and exotic. It's even similar to Kaia.
