Musical theater veterans Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel added a new credit to their names: parents! The couple welcomed baby boy Walker Nathaniel yesterday.
The duo, both 38, met while performing as Benny and Maureen in the original Broadway production of “Rent.” Diggs is currently appearing on the ABC show Private Practice, while Idina wrapped up a concert tour in March, shortly before the couple announced they were expecting.
So, what do you all think of the name?

I never really liked the name Walker, but Walker Nathaniel is a very nice combination, in my opinion. I actually like it.

It's okay. Nathaniel Walker would sound better, but then it would sound like a first and last name.

I love the name Nathaniel. And Walker Nathaniel actually sounds nice!

I like it. Like Alyssa said, Nathaniel Walker would've sounded a bit better, but all the same. I like it!

I love Walker! I wish Idina and Taye had used a family name like Walker Stuart after Idina`s father.
