Lucy Rachel- sounds cute
Lillie Rachel - its okay but lots of L sounds
Emma Rachel- my favorite of them as it seems to flow the nicest
Nichola Rachel- is okay but doesn’t flow very well at all i dont think.

Lucy Rachel! Its gorgeous. Then i would say:
Emma Rachel
Nicola Rachel
Lillie Rachel

Thats in order of name flow i love Lillie but with RAchel it doesn’t quite sound right. I love Lucy!

Lucy Rachel sounds the best to me. Nice choices but too many L sounds in Lillie and Nicola with Rachel.

Lillie Rachel is cute. I would prefer Lillian Rachel, nn Lillie. Very nice name!

Maybe Nicola Rachelle (ra-SHELLE)- it flows better than Nicola Rachel.
Otherwise, Lucy Rachel.
