I say go for it! I like that they are connected, a little rhymey, but not bad or tongue twisty. Also they will only spend their childhoods together, for most of their lives they are unlikely be mentioned or talked of in connection to each other.

Noah & Jonah are nice! They do rhyme but I really like that they compliment each other.
