Because of the band by that name, I say Say-luh. See-luh is equally pretty though!

I have never heard the name Selah before. When I first saw it I thought it would be pronounced sell-uh, which I'm not a big fan of. But if it is pronounced say-luh or see-luh, then I think it's a very beautiful name.
