Everly
Paisley and Wren are girl names. Not even unisex.
Ren is ok for a boy.

Why would you give the other twin boy a girl's name? That's child abuse.

Paisley does not age well. It is a tie design.

I'd also go with Reid and Greyson. I'm not a fan of Dawson and the others are girl names to me.

Everly, Wren, and Paisley are all girl to me, but I'd say out of these combos Reid and Wren fit boys the best. Maybe consider spelling it Ren.

My favourite is probably Wren and Reid. Paisley is alright for a boy as it reminds me of the name Bailey, but I never would've thought of using Everly for a boy. Everly is like Beverly but without the B.

I'm pretty sure this is fake, but it made me interested in what the numbers actually are.
Everly is ranked 43 for girls and not at all for boys
Wren is 428 for girls and rapidly climbing and not at all for boys
Paisley is ranked 53 for girls and not at all for boys
Similarly Greyson, Reid, and Dawson are used exclusively for boys
Now, there is nothing wrong with giving primarily girl name to boys or boy names to girls, but it will cause a lot of confusion and hassle.

Every, Paisley and Wren are all unisex they are just mainly used on girls, I would spell it Ren for a boy personally though. I prefer Everly on a boy than on girl, Paisley I don't like for either gender.

^Everly, Paisley and Wren are no longer unisex unless you want your child taunted from here to eternity. It's just cruel.
