I think either! You can always pair with a more masculine or feminine middle! I know a Parker Estelle, Sawyer Christine, and Skylar Elise! I also know an Emerson Edward as well as both a female Emarie and male Emery

Personally I would imagine it as a males name, but if you paired it with a feminine middle name, I think it could work for a little girl too! Super cool name!
