As far as the full names go I love both Josephine and Penelope equally but with Penelope I much prefer the nickname Penny rather than Nell.I do like Josie so Josephine won out.
I love Penelope but Nell is my least favorite nickname for it. Penny & Poppy are the absolute cutest. I prefer just Josie to Josephine (don't care for it at all) and Ellie to Eleanor and Leni (don't care for either of those either)

I like all three full names, but the only nickname I like if your choices is Josie so Josephine got my vote. I don't like Leni for a girl and it doesn't really come naturally from Eleanor. Ellie or Ella are so much nicer. Nell is ok, but Penny/ Pennie is cuter.

My friends daughter is Eleanor nn Nell, Nell is traditional nickname and much prettier that Lenny.
