I am in a baby name frenzy! I'm only 4 weeks along but want a (major) jump start on names. Our list is so long.....it's like we could give our child up to 100 names. That would look tacky on a birth certificate. Anyway, we do have a son- Hayes Montgomery.

So, I will type the list up and you guys tell me which name you all like the best with sibling Hayes! Thanks! :)

Wow. You do have a long list. Ok here it goes.

~Baby Girl~
  • Eliza - I adore this name, always have. I think it sounds Lovely with Hayes!
  • Holland- Is a Country. Leads to the nick name Holly Not a fan.
  • Greta- <3 it! Hayes & Greta just brings to mind an adorable sib-set
  • Georgia- Was on my short list for Ariana! So sweet yet classic.
  • Arden -Not a fan, if I heard of "Hayes & Arden" I would think 2 boys, not a boy and a girl
  • Margo- I prefer Margot, but still lovely
  • Delia -Love it!
  • Scarlett- Cute!
  • Toryn- Not a fan.
  • Nella Poe- LOVE Nella. but not with Poe, Poe just sounds like some one saying Poor with an accent.
  • Penny Lane- So cute, I'd prefer it as a nick name for Penelope though, just sounds more grown up.
  • Hadley- Cute but getting popular!
  • Eden- So cute!
  • Rory Simone- I love Rory & Simone! But the two together kinda looks like Rory Simon, which could be a problem when she's older.
  • Sloane- Always reminds me of Ferris Buller but I still love it.
  • Wren- Not a fan.
  • Elle- So sweet! But I'm not sure it "goes" with Hayes
  • Tatum- Love it, but again not sure with Hayes
  • Harper- Same as Tatum.
  • Arlyn -No, please no! It looks like you got Ar from some where and added lyn, which is so trendy its ridiculous. Hayes is such a classic name. Also isn't Arlen a boys name?
  • Alba- I know an Alba, she's like 80 I'm not sure it's ready for a comeback.
  • Sutton- Love it, for a boy!
  • Iris- LOVE! My best friend wants to name her daughter Iris Ann otherwise it would be on my list!
  • Alanis Monet- So cute!
  • Violet- Love it!!
  • Presley- As in Elvis :/ Not a fan
  • Fallon- I always see Fall On.
  • Kassidy- I prefer Cassidy but still a sweet name.
  • Eliza-hahaha did you mean to put this on twice?
  • Imogene- I've never been a fan. Just sounds kinda old
  • Ivori-Ivory would be so much better, adding an I kinda cheapens it IMO

  • Lux-So cute!
  • Vivienne-Is on my list for another girl. I adore this name!!
  • Veda-Like "My Girl" brings to mind Darth Vader :(
  • Vida-Same as above
  • Savvy- As a nickname for Savannah absolutely. A full name? Doesn't work!
  • Mia-LOVE!
  • Olive-As in Olive Green? Drab color, I don't think it's pretty.
  • Beatrix- <3 this name
  • Isolde- <3 this one too, I just think she'd get lumped in with all the Isabella/Isabelle/Isobel's

Hayes Montgomery & ...

~Baby Girl~
  • Eliza - I LOVE Eliza. I think it has the same classic/country and underused feel as Hayes
  • Holland - I think Hayes & Holly would be fine, but I'm not a fan of Holland
  • Greta
  • Georgia
  • Arden - Arden is a bit too different style-wise to go with Hayes. I find Arden too modern.
  • Margo - Margo is also lovely with Hayes. Personally I prefer the spelling Margaux but Margo has a clean no nonsense feel about it which is also nice.
  • Delia
  • Scarlett - Hayes & Scarlett sound wonderful together. Again the have the same classic/country feel but both names also have a little bit of a modern edge about them.
  • Toryn
  • Nella Poe - Are you pron. this (NEE la) or (NELL uh)?
  • Penny Lane - I think Penelope nn Penny is adorable. Penelope Lane & Hayes Montgomery <3
  • Hadley
  • Eden
  • Rory Simone
  • Sloane
  • Wren
  • Elle
  • Tatum
  • Harper - Of the H- names, Harper is the only one I think sounds different enough to work well with Hayes.
  • Arlyn
  • Alba
  • Sutton - This is a bit too masculine for my taste
  • Iris - I adore the name Iris, however with both Iris and Hayes ending with -s I feel the names clash.
  • Alanis Monet - Same as Iris.
  • Violet
  • Presley
  • Fallon
  • Kassidy
  • Imogene
  • Ivori
  • Emilia
  • Phoebe
  • Blythe
  • Hattie - Too similar to Hayes
  • Finley - Bit too masculine for my taste.
  • Thea Rose
  • Isla
  • Lux
  • Vivienne
  • Veda
  • Vida
  • Savvy
  • Mia
  • Olive
  • Beatrix
  • Isolde
  • Blair
  • Joni Adele
  • Leisl
  • India
  • Lucy
  • Ruby - LOVE
  • Malin
  • Hazel - Although I adore Hazel, since both Hazel & Hayes begin with the HAY sound, I feel these are too similar for siblings.
  • Emery
  • Ingrid
  • Sydney
  • Jade

~Baby Boy~
  • Lance
  • Cash
  • Henry
  • Linden
  • Hal
  • Marcin
  • Forrest
  • Holden - If you want to stick with the H- theme, I think Holden & Hayes work nicely together
  • Dax - Since the ending -x makes the S sound, I feel this name clashes with Hayes.
  • Lennon
  • Saxon
  • Cyrus
  • Rhys
  • Atticus
  • Keats
  • Emmett
  • Paul
  • Cohen
  • Callum
  • Lachlan
  • Camden
  • Foster - I think Foster works nicely with Hayes since both are underused surname choices.
  • Benji - Personally, I would go with Benjamin nn Benji. Benji is just a bit too cutesy, juvenile for a full name.
  • Slayde
  • Slater
  • Lorrents
  • Boston

I'm going to copy Katie's idea. Bolded are my favorites, the unbolded ones I think are okay, and the striked through ones I dislike.

~Baby Girl~
  • Eliza - Lovely, lovely name!
  • Holland
  • Greta - Definitely a guilty pleasure of mine, haha!
  • Georgia - Love it!
  • Arden
  • Margo - I prefer Margot.
  • Delia - Pretty!
  • Scarlett
  • Toryn
  • Nella Poe - Sounds too childish.
  • Penny Lane - See above.
  • Hadley
  • Eden
  • Rory Simone - Rory on its own seems like a boys' name to me.
  • Sloane - Doesn't sound feminine.
  • Wren - See above.
  • Elle
  • Tatum - Same as Sloane and Wren.
  • Harper
  • Arlyn
  • Alba - Makes me think of Jessica Alba.
  • Sutton - Sounds masculine.
  • Iris
  • Alanis Monet
  • Violet
  • Presley - Sounds masculine.
  • Fallon - Sounds masculine.
  • Kassidy - Cute!
  • Imogene
  • Ivori
  • Emilia
  • Phoebe - Love, love, love!
  • Blythe
  • Hattie - Does seem a bit nicknamey, but very cute.
  • Finley
  • Thea Rose
  • Isla
  • Lux
  • Vivienne
  • Veda
  • Vida
  • Savvy
  • Mia
  • Olive
  • Beatrix
  • Isolde
  • Blair
  • Joni Adele
  • Leisl - I prefer the spelling Liesel.
  • India
  • Lucy
  • Ruby
  • Malin
  • Hazel
  • Emery - I prefer Emory for a girl.
  • Ingrid
  • Sydney
  • Jade

~Baby Boy~
  • Lance - Prefer as a middle name!
  • Cash - Too much of a word name.
  • Henry - Handsome!!
  • Linden
  • Hal - Too nicknamey; I don't think it can stand on its own.
  • Marcin
  • Forrest
  • Holden
  • Dax - Again, too nicknamey for my tastes.
  • Lennon
  • Saxon
  • Cyrus
  • Rhys
  • Atticus
  • Keats
  • Emmett
  • Paul
  • Cohen
  • Callum
  • Lachlan
  • Camden
  • Foster - Makes me think of Foster Farms.
  • Benji - I prefer Benjamin.
  • Slayde
  • Slater
  • Lorrents
  • Boston

Hi guys! Thank you all so much for commenting! As of now we have added one more name to the roster- Eleanor. From the comments made we have narrowed our list down to.......

Eliza- Our #1 name at the moment
Georgia- Great, southern classic
Penelope Lane nn Penny- No clue how we overlooked this name but we love it
Scarlett- Does give it that southern charm

For a darling Prince, the two names we really love.....

Paul- Family name that is so sweet and simple
Henry- Our most likely choice that we will choose.

Eleanor is a sweet name :)

Oh! I do like Penelope! Very pretty <3 As a middle name, its less of a big deal, but both Lane and Hayes have the same long A, which sets me off a bit. Just a personal preference for sibling names to not sound to alike <3 Scarlett and Georgia do have those sweet, southern sounds to them :)

Paul and Henry are handsome names! You could even use both, Paul Henry or Henry Paul <3

Thank you Remy! :) I have so many names to use it's unbelievable. My only drawback for using Penelope is because it's becoming in that "Sophia" & "Mason" type of trend. I do love the name and I believe that is all that matters. Eliza along with Georgia & Eleanor come in a very close second together. Henry Paul sounds so much like a gentleman, will age very well, but with our last name Paul doesn't fit the bill. Sadly  We were thinking of either using James or Marcus.
