Our baby girl vs. is due very soon! vs. HELP!

Hi! It’s Kyra and Andy Nicholas again (well mostly Kyra). We are about to welcome our second child together and we really need to decide on what we will name her. We were going to name her Amelia and give her the nick name of Amy like we did with our other daughter Alexandra Marie (her nick name is Lexi) and she is almost 4. But people have been telling us that we should just call her Amy or just call her Amelia and not give her a nickname (We have actually been talking about it a lot). What do you guys think? We might just call her Amy but idk. Opinions on that would be nice. Also we have a list of middle names that we like with Amelia (or Amy I’ll just post both names like I did last time), I will post the combos in a comment. Just tell us your top 3 favourite combos. And I’m sorry but No we are not still open for suggestions. We just REALLY need to choose out of these combos. HELP US!? Thanks, Kyra and Andy!

I like Amelia Grace nn Amy. I like formal names with nns especially since your first daughter has a nn. Amy is cute but Amelia will age best with your daughter. If you are going with just Amy- I like Amy Elizabeth.

As a person who has a "formal" name, Kathryn, and a nn, Kathy, I say just name her Amy. A formal name that is never used is a real pain...Teachers, doctors offices, etc, will all use her ’formal’ name, even though she goes by her nn.

I like the nn idea to name her Ameila and call her Amy. my top 3 would be

However I do think Grace is very popular right now but it sounds good with Ameila

I think we are just going to name her Amelia and give her the nn of Amy. I think it will be fine! What we do with Lexi is when ever she is in trouble or something we call her Alexandra, and trust me she gets in trouble a lot because shes a real sassy pants lol. We were gonna do that with this baby. If we were going to have a boy we were going to name it Jacob nn Jake.
