Isla and Ivy are such gorgeous names that I want to say, "Yes! Use them both!" Unfortunately, I think they are a little too similar for sisters.

they aren’t too terribly close, but i personally wouldn’t use both of them. i’m not really a fan of using the same initials for all my kids, or naming them anything to matchy matchy. but ivy and isla are different enough to work. so, i’d say go for it!
