Well with such a multicultural society most name will be mispronounced by someone so we will just tell her to tell them it’s eye-la like island.

I love Isla Jane! My daughter is actually Eila Jane, pronounced the same way. We’ve run into a couple of Islas, but it still seems pretty uncommon. Anyway, I just have to tell you that I love my daughter’s name more and more as time goes by. It’s beautiful!!

Eleanor Rose is adorable! But, in case you dislike this association: an Eleanor is a type of Rose.
Isla is cute but really popular. I prefer the Eila spelling.
