I don’t think it is too country. You could always spell it Keri and use Bethany as a middle name. However, I think it is fine as is. I wouldn’t worry about the Carrie movie at all.

My name is Kerry Beth. My dad worried about the movie "Carrie" also. My mom loved it so she just changed the spelling. No one ever said anything to me about the movie growing up and I am 23. In fact, I had never heard of it until my mom told me the story.

I doubt anyone will have heard of "Carrie" by the time she reaches school age, unless they are a horror movie buff.
Carrie Beth does sound country though, good old country not tacky new country like Gentry/Paisley/Chesney
