Yes-too overused vs. No-not overused vs. as a first name
I have ALWAYS wanted to name my first daughter Grace for as long as I can remember. Well now im pregnant with a baby girl and due at the end of June and im afraid Grace might be too popular as a first name. I thought it was more common as a middle name but now im not so sure. I really dont want my daughter to have a name that lots of other girls in her class have. I do like some other names but none as much as Grace. My question is do you think Grace is too overused as a first name? thanks for the help you guys are amazing! ~Bethany

Grace is more common now but it’s a gorgeous name.
Gracen or Gracelyn is cute....BTW, I love the name Bethany...You should use it as a mn!

love the name but i hear it ALL the time. My friend has a daughter with the name and hates that everywhere she goes there is at least one other Grace. Check social security names website and search by state. Maybe it is not too overused in your state
Thanks for the tip! I checked and Grace was the #12 most popular girls name in my state in 2007. Do you think thats too high on the list?
