Lillian is one of my favorite names so I voted for Lilly Anne. Have you considered Lillian Claire? You could get in more of your favorites that way ;)

If you would like to use your fn as a mn it definitely goes really well w / Bethany. I just have never loved the name bethany. hmmm.. Claire goes well w/ tons of names.

I think Lilly Mae and Bethany Claire are just too adorable and I would have a hard time deciding as well! I also like the idea of Lillian Claire, or how about Lilly Beth, if you don’t mind a shortened form of Bethany. Good luck!
