I love the name Silvana, my husbands sister is considering it for her baby, the nn Silvie is really cute too. I would use it myself but she has dibs on it.

Mirella seems to be the prettiest to me, but Silvana nn Sylvie or Sylvia would also be cute, i’m not sure about Giuliana it looks difficult to pronounce
