I think Penelope is such a beautiful underused name you should def. go for it the other two are overused. People are using Alice a lot now cause of twilight, and summer winter and autumn are also used very often.

Summer is a gorgeous name! It invokes such nice thoughts. Such a pretty name for a girl and will age really really well! GL! :)
