The only Wesley I have known is a very hip young man who goes by the nn Wes.
I don’t like it. It sounds wimp-ish. But Wes is cute. I think Nathan would be a good alternitive.

I’m kind of on the fence about this one being "nerdy." I do agree Wes is more hip than Wesley, kind of how Brad is more hip than Bradley.

I love the name Wesley. I also like Weston.
I don’t like it, sorry! I always think of a dorky kid. Weston is a good suggestion.

I know a lot of Wesleys and none of them are dorky or wimpish...most especially my brother, who started going by "Wes" in college! Very strong, hip, and popular!
