Merryn Elizabeth vs. Makenna Claire

Trying to find a girl name that begins with an "M" and is untraditional. DH is not a big fan of these but I love them. Would welcome more suggestions! My first child’s name starts with an "M" as does our last name. Would like to keep the alliteration going...

I like both of these names but have you thought about Mckinley. Marin is best like this spelling and I like Mckenna like this.

Merryn/Maren is really cute. I know a woman named Merriman (mare-ah-minn), I’ve always loved it. Also love Melora. GL!!

Maren Elizabeth (I like this spelling) is a beautiful name. It’s cute for a child and sophisticated for an adult.

Sorry I dont like either. Mackenna does not age well at all and is far too trendy IMO. My favorite suggestion above is Maeve and I also like Maren. GL
