I love the name Milan! My name is spelled Emili and even though i have to spell it to everyone i’ve always loved it. Also, have you thought about switching the first and middle names? To me it seems to flow a little better. Good luck!

I think i may have read ur post wrong. I thought you meant the 1st name was going to be milan and the middle some form of emily. Oh well...i still think Emily\i\ee Milan sounds nice. :)

I think you should go with Emily or Amelia. I think both of those names are precious but I like normal spellings I don’t like all the "tryndeigh" spellings. You can still use Millie for both.

My favorite is Emilia or Emily. Emilia is on our list. Another formal name for Milli is Camille/Camilla. Both of those names are pretty also.
