Kate Eliana with this spelling, because then it doesn’t look made up, is the most unique, there are so many Isabella’s around and Elizabeth is such a common mn

i must be the odd 1 out becoz i feel kate elizabeth is boring kate elianna is complicated. kate isabella sounds the best to me but of course i dont know what your surname is, you need to say the lot out loud and dont forget when they call your childs name out for an appointment for example they only say the 1st and last name anyway.
