Natalie Charlotte is adorable! Since that is not an option, I voted Natalie Elizabeth.

I love all the first names, but one of my absolute favorite names is Natalie, and I love Elizabeth as a nn. I also like Lillian Elizabeth, but I’m not crazy about Lillian Mackenzie (Mackenzie is very trendy). Charlotte would also be a great mn for Natalie or Lillian. GL!

I love Charlotte Elizabeth!

All three of the fns are great, but Lilys of different kinds are very popular out here, so I went with Natalie. I could easily have gone with Charlotte, but I’m not a fan of it with Lindsay.
As others have said, I’m not really a fan of Mackenzie either. It just doesn’t fit with your fn choices.

I personally like natalie Elizabeth, she could always go by Beth or what about Natalie isabella?
