I think it is cute. My friend named her daughter Makya (Ma kye uh). Both names are unusual but pretty.

Makia is nice. I really like second poster’s Makya suggestion. If you go with Makia, this is the best spelling. The other two don’t look as much like your pronunciation.

No it has the word Key in it. Take president Obama’s daughter Malia, Ma-LEE-Ah, exact same except with a K so Key instead of Lee. I know a little girl from a daycare I used to work at named Makia and she is absolutely adorable.
