Ayler would never, ever be pronounced correctly. People will rhyme it with Taylor.

Eyler, Eiler, or Ieler might provide the pronunciation you are going for.

even though Ella is really popular it’s the only one i like on here and it goes great with Jack, if you have to use Ayler a better spelling is Isla

Jack is a classy name so id either go with Victoria nn Tori I also like the suggestion of Isla(eye-luh) or Ayla(aye-luh) is also very pretty either is gorgeous with Jack
