I would like to thank everyone on here that helped me pick out my daughters name, Veronica Sky, your help was greatly appreciated. Now I just need a little help with one more thing. A NICKNAME!!! Please help my daughter is going to be her n almost a week, and I have no idea wat kind of nicknames there are for Veronica!!

All that trouble to find a name and now you want a nickname? Nicknames happen, I believe they aren’t necessarily planned. you’ll have a great nn for her when the time comes.

i have a friend veronica and she is the only 3 syllable named person i know who no one shortens her name. everyone calls her the full 3 syllables. so this kid might not have one.

I don’t get it, why do people look for nicknames! They are supposed to be something people just start calling them....wait and see how it goes! No one in my family goes by a "nickname" and I plan to choose names that have no common nicknames so they won’t have them either!!

I grew up with a Veronica and we call her Veronica without any issues. Occasionally we call her "V".
