This is Lauren (the twin) again...I just saw your post on the other poll, so I thought I’d respond here! It’s great being a twin, and I guess it’s really all I know, even though I do have an older brother too - the relationship with him isn’t the same. I’m an identical twin, and there really is nobody else I’d rather be with than my twin - we don’t really get sick of eachother. But, I’d just say to not do the matching names thing, because, especially if yours are identical, they’ll get enough of the twin cutesiness without matching names! I’m 18 and I still get it everywhere I go...

I think one thing we had to learn as toddlers was personal space. Apparently we thought it was ok to be very close to other people because that’s how we acted around eachother, but obviously not everyone likes that! So, teach your kids not to do that...

I like Matteo, not really Jared
I like Jenna, not really Michelle

Thanks Lauren! It does help! They are not identcal but I do agree. Not to sound like I am just. Ignoring your advice, but we may stick to same initials. I won’take them dress the same other than for church when they are young and for taking picures. Also, we have mrs of little neighbors for them to play with so they gain individuality.

Sorry I’m on my itouch so it auto corrects thngs and there are lots of mistakes in my posts.

It’s ok...and my grandma bought me matching clothes too...its only embarrassing when we accidentally put on the same outfit now!

If you really want to do the name thing, then I can’t stop you, but I liked the reverse idea better...

Oh, and we still have most of the same friends...it’s sort of inevitable!
