Go with Meredith, definitely. I think it would be a little odd to have a brother and sister named "Drew and Paige" - makes me thing of drawing on a piece of paper (I’m not making fun, I’m being serious. That’s the first thing I thought of.) Also, if your last name is prn "Hays", Paige Haas sort of rhymes. Another reason to go with Meredith. Andrew (Drew) and Meredith make a lovely sibset.

The Drew and Paige (drawing comment) does make sense. I don’t love the name Meredith for a little girl though.

Thank you for all of the comments. All of them are very much appreciated! Never thought of the Drew & Paige scenario. Does sound a little funny. My husband really loves Meredith and I think it just so so. It is growing on me, but it helps to see what other people think. We were also considering Adrienne or Katelyn.

Paige Haas is pretty, but a little blunt to me. Paige works as a middle name, but I could see Paige Haas being teased as "Pig House" if it is her first and last name. (Sorry to be blunt.)
