Oh, Definitely go with Liliana.
It looks lovely and classic.

Lilyana just looks goofy imho.

I think most anything works for a mn. I’d do something relatively simple and similar in style

Liliana is beautiful, and yes the alternate spelling although very unique, will require your daughter to properly pronounce her name for her new friends and teachers every year.

I LOVE the name Liliana. That will be my daughters name(she is due in July). As Far as middle names that depends on your style. If you like Classic, then Liliana Katherine**. If you like Trendy, then Liliana Skye.

wow Lilianna is popular today it is what we want to name our daughter as well but after seeing how popular it is becomong my dh might change his mind
