I don’t really like it. Not sure why--maybe just because it’s a name of a goddess, and most of those names don’t seem to fit on regular people. It’s not horrible, just not my cup of tea. Sorry!

I like it. The goddess of wisdom--- its a great way to start out your daughter’s life. Minerva is the Roman goddess of wisdom, which I also like. Is this hypothetical or the real deal? If it is, I’ll throw some middle names your way.

This is the real deal but we’ll use a family name as the mn. My husband and I love the meaning of this name but I’m much more into mythology. Athena has been on our list but after I read a book called The Lightning Thief (kind of Harry Potter-ish) about Greek gods it really really grew on me. We thought it might go well with our other daughters--Lydia and Genevieve.
