Nickname vs. Help!

Hi! My name is Megan and a couple of years ago, my sister, Elisabeth passed away. Well I am now expecting a baby girl, who I plan on naming Elisabeth, but wondered what nn’s you thought would be cute! My sister went by a few nn’s but idk if I want to do that. She was Beth, Lis, Lissy, and/or Elise! Thanks for all your help!

I would use Ellie. I’ve actually heard Lily as a nn for Elisabeth, which I think is cute.

(Elsie makes me think of a cow...Elsie the Cow.)
