It’s up to you and they will love your baby no matter what, but I wouldn’t name her Isabella b/c its super popular and you already have a Isabella in your family.

I’m not crazy about Iva either...what about Isla (eye-la) Mae. Otherwise, I love Rachel!!!
Rachel is a lot less popular than Isabella. Isabella is in the top 10 baby names I think. Rachel Kathryn is beautiful and classy. I also like Rachel Isabelle.

I wouldn’t worry too much about what your parents think... it is good to get people’s opinions, but in the end you are the one that has to love the name! You could find a nickname for Isabella that your sister-in-law doesn’t use. You could use Iva as a middle name. Rachel isn’t too popular to use... ranked #75 this year. I like Rachel Kathryn the best of these 3.
