Elaine is a beautiful classic! Elaina would be pretty also.

Celia is so pretty and underused. Tess is adorable but I do like Tessa a bit more. I prefer Elaina/Elena to Elaine. Sloane is cute.

Elaine is lovely but I prefer Elaina. Second would be Celia. I like Tess as a nn for Tessa.

i really like celia. it doesn’t seem too overused these days either.
