What IS vs. Opinion on This

What is your thought on a Spanish last name with a first name that isn’t Spanish. Do you believe it goes well? Do you feel since the last name is so Spanish the first name should at least be some what ethnic? Does it flow well when you go completely off track? Just curious?

You do not have to use a Spanish fn with a Spanish ln.They are no rules in naming your kids.

My daughter has a Spanish last name and her first name is Elise. As long as it flows well together, it shouldn’t matter.

No need to use a Spanish first name. Pick whatever you like!

My family is so old school, my husband and I are were both born here in the states so of course well be use to traditional American names. So when I tell them, they look at me like I have 2 heads. I guess especially because his cousins have VERY Spanish names. lol
So I think it’s almost expected. I guess it’s a little tricky just finding a middle.

It will sound fine. For example if your last name was.... idk, Rodriguez, and you had a son and named him, Jordan, that wouldn’t sound bad, or be bad. Name your child whatever you want to.
