You mean like Santa Clause? It’s sort of cute, but I think he would get teased a lot about his name. Just think, here he comes walking into class: "Here comes Santa Klaus. Here comes Santa Klaus right down Santa Klaus lane."

don’t mean to sound rude or anything, but I think there are many other names that would be a better fit for your new son.

I like it. I think it is unique. I also dont think many of these people know how to say it correctly and maybe that is why they dont like it. GL

Ok now that you said it sounds like Klous I sort of like it. It is uncommon and unique. The only think is, many people will say Clause at first and will think of santa coming down the lane. Regardless of that, I like the name now, that I can pronounce it correctly!

It doesn’t rhyme with cows, but I think it rhymes with House, right?

This is kinda random but isn’t that a character in A Series of Unfortunate Events. I loved that movie.

yes it rhymes with House, I wasn’t sure how to tell others how to pronounce it only because I’ve always known how.

Maybe you should create another poll. But say it rhymes with house. when you first said cows I thought well maybe more like house and I was right.

I think if you reintroduced the topic with the pronounciation, you might get better results! I know I like the name now!

it would be annoying for him to have teachers and everyone always pronouncing it like clause though. maybe it would be better as a middle name
