Needing ideas please!! vs. We want to honor both of our vs. grandma’s but not sure how.

My husband and I want to honor both of our grandma’s in our daughter’s name but their names aren’t really in our style of names that we typical want or have for our other children so we are looking for a variation on their name of some sort. One grandma’s name is Maxine Elaine and the other one is Ruth Ilene. Any ideas out there??
