Girl vs. Names

I am having my first child and it is a girl and I am trying to think of a name and thought this would be a great place to get ideas. I don’t have a real naming style, I am really open to any kind of name, but will give you some names I like so you can build off of that. Thanks for your help. Some names I have thought of are: Riley/Rylee, Calley/Callie, Kara/Cara (care-a), Lauren, Alexis, and Lily.

I really like Ella but feel it is more of a nn.

I like Elizabeth, Katherine, and Anne but for middle names.

Cara and Lauren are lovely.
Lily is Extremely popular out here.
I like Calla with Callie as a nn.

I don’t like Alexis or Riley at all.
