Julia and Kathryn are your best bet at "not so popular" Kylie and Addison are very cute but extremely popular types of names right now. How about Julia Kathryn since Rose is pretty popular too? Kathryn Jule is kinda cute too. Good Luck :)

I love the name Kathryn and I like the way you are spelling it. I think Kathryn Alexis is very pretty. I also like the suggestion of Kathryn Elise.

Well, call me old fashioned but I love the name Katheryn. It’s my name!!! If your looking for middle names, try mine! My name is Katheryn Layne. Katheryn is a family name and Layne was conbined along with 2 other names. (one from every sibling on my mom’s side.) I think Katheryn layne is a great name for any little girl. Plus, you have many different nick name options. There’s Kate, Katie, Kat, Ryn, Kathy, etc. Well, good luck!

My name is Kathryn Mary Elizabeth. I have always had compliments on my name. My cousin is Julianna and her nn is Julia. I think Julia is pretty too. My sister is naming her baby Kylie Annelise which I think is pretty too. I guess I love all your names!! Good luck and let us know what you choose.

I love Kylee spelled like this or Kyleigh. I also like Jillian Rose or Julianna Rose.
