Fraser vs. Frasier
I want to say it (Frayz-sher) Not Fray-sure or not Fray-zur! It’s hard to spell out how I want it said. It’s like a french j sound Fray-j-er. I hope you get it. Which spelling? How would you say it?

I’d go with Frasier for the way you want it to be pronounced.
I will warn you that, even though you want to have the French j sound, it will more than likely slip into the "sh" sound, even by you, in casual speech. I’m an SLP, and this just happens in speech. If you really hate the other pronuncation, this is something to consider. If you don’t mind, than disregard!
