I would say Cecilia Faith is the best, although I do prefer Cecily or Celia or Celine over this.

Cecilia but would prefer Celine Celina Celia Cecily to Cecilia

prefer Madaleine to Madalie
prefer Brittany to Brittan

Im not crazy bout Cecilia but thats my choice, because i dont like Brittan and Madalie sounds like Natalie pronounced wrong
Cecilia does sound very good with Faith it flows, i think u should go with that
