I love Makiah, but hate your spelling. It is not pronounced my-kyah, but Muh-kyah.

So I would spell it
Makiah
Makaiah
Macaiah
(or of course you can remove the h)

I don’t really care for the mn’s, but Eri (if it’s pn Air-ee) is sort of cute.
