Emaley looks like ee-mall-ee. Emiley looks weird with the extra e. Emalee is is ok, but I would go with the original spellin, Emily.

Emily Jaida is really cute.

I have also seen it spelled Emmaleigh, but that looks to long for such a shorth name. On the other hand, it looks better than Emaly and Emiley.
