Katelyn vs. baby #3

We have a Nicholas and a Sarah. We are thinking of naming our third child Katelyn. Do the names "flow"/sound good together? Also any thoughts of the name itself and spelling would be appreciated. Thank you!

It sounds great with your other childrens’ names! Another thing--do you like the names Ruth, Rachel, Leah, Lydia, Abigail, Sonia, or Madison? I think that they could also be good names for your daughter.

Yeah. Oh, I forgot to tell you which spellings of the name I like. There’s Caitlyn, Catelyn, Katelyn, and Kaitlyn, but Katelyn is my absolute favorite. If someone said, "My daughter’s name is Katelyn", I’d think it was either Katelyn or Kaitlyn. I also like the spelling Kaitlyn. Do you like any of these??

Katelyn Ruth
Katelyn Seraphina**
Katelyn Rochelle**
Katelyn Sonia**
Katelyn Sophia
Kristen Sophia** (another great name)
Lydia Sophia
Rachel Sophia**

What are the mn’s of your other children?
Sincerely, ~Rachel

I know lots of people with this name, and the only spelling I’ve seen more than once is Kaitlyn.

Katelyn looks like it could be kate-uh-lin, but I really like Kaitlyn.
