Names Created vs. Like Miley vs. But Not miley

I love the name Miley. Our first daughter, 1, is Miley Jayde. We want another name that is created the same way. (Smiley-S=Miley) thank you. (for a girl). And for boy names, we want names with good nicknames. Thank you. Lynda. Also, we know this isn’t everyone’s style, but we appreciate the help.

The name Miley is actually a different spelling of the name Maile (pronounced the same) which is a hawaiian name meaning shrub or vine. I am not sure why you thought this was created smiley - s. As you can see in previous posts, I don’t think this method is going to work for you.

Some of these do not subtract ltters to make a name but are similar to a name- it may be hard to do what you did with Miley and Smiley. You got lucky with that.

Bliss-doesn’t go with the theme you have but since it means happy, it goes with the idea of "smiley"

That was the way miley cyrus was named. I’m sorry you don’t like the names. But we are trying to be creative. It is our style. That won’t change.

Miley was named bc of a nickname that meant something to her dad...after she was born and had a personality.

Well, we want it to match her personality, but we want to have a name picked out before hand. Here are some ideas

if she is blonde:
Blondie=Londie

brunette-
brunette=Bruna/Runette/Nette

Red-
Carrot top=Arrata (air-uh-tah)

Green Eyes-
Reena

Small-
Miniature=Mini
