Neither. I just think it is way too unisex for either. It’s too feminine for a boy and too blah for a girl. If you use it, I’d spell it Casey for a boy and Kacey for a girl to make it clear it’s for a girl.

This is one of a few names that I consider truly unisex. I love it on both genders :)

Neither...although I PREFER it on a boy...when I hear it I EXPECT to see a girl

It is fine for either. Both my husband and I have the name Casey. Yes spelled the same.
