Modern vs. Greek vs. Names

We’re expecting our first child and my husband is greek so we really want a greek but modern name. If its a boy the middle name will be Christopher. What do you think of giving the baby my husbands first name Alexander? My name is Alexandra though so will it be too many Alex’s? thanks! Alex and Alex

I think that may be overkill on the Alexander front. Maybe stick with an "A" name that’s different?

I agree that it is too many Alex’s. That could get confusing. Maybe stick with an A name that is Greek origin. Andrew would be nice which means manly, courageous in Greek. Augustine would also be kind of neat with nn August.

We sort of like the ’A’ theme but none of these names are jumping out at us. any more suggestions? sorry! we didn’t realise how hard greek names could be!
