Marli Jo vs. Reid Gregory

I need help finding both boys and girls names that works with my last name(Carlson). I like Reid for a boy and Marli for a girl but do they work? Any suggestions would be great

While I like Marli... I know of a few male Marley’s so I guess it depends if you like unisex names. If you want a more feminine version what about Malia?
Reid sounds like a surname to me... but I’m Australian so maybe it is just very American or something.

- If you do decide to stick with Marlee I’d spell it this way it looks more feminine to me.

Love Reid for a boy and it goes well with your surname. (I’m English so its not just an American thing). Not sure about the way Reid Gregory flows with Carlson, but I do think both names are cute.
