If I saw this name written, I would pronounce it Lew-ee-zah. Even if you corrected me, I would still be likely get it wrong the next few times I said it. (My mn is Louise, that could have something to do with it)
I hope you are not from the UK or Australia - here Lou (or Loo as we spell it) is colloquial for toilet!
