First off, I must say that I LOVE the name Huntley! Next, I think that both Kate and Grace sound nice, but Grace flows better. GL!

Huntley? For a girl? It’s very masculine to me, not a fan of it on a boy either. But i prefer Grace over Kate

I agree with the second poster

I think it is adorable for a girl (I couldn’t see it on a boy)! LOVE IT!

Thanks for everyone’s comments! Some of you make some good points! We were actually thinking of Hunter Grace or Hunter Kate, but DH thought it was too boyish so we were thinking about Huntley which sounds more feminine to us. Thanks for voting!

omg this is the new worst name ever on this site.

Move over Birelle and Jursie!

Holy smokes!

Please, just use Hunter, if you must.

Better to saddle your daughter with a boys’ name than to give her a contrived, redneck-y, teen-mom interpretation of a boys’ name that is Guaranteed to be rhymed with the C word all through her junior high years.

Puh-leaze rethink this one.

Blakesly, even, would be better!!!

Thanks for your comment, but we didn’t make the name up. It was in a baby name book which I can happily refer you to if you like. We happen to like the name. But we may rethink it because of the C word. THANKS ALL!

I chose Huntley Grace over Huntley Kate although it was a close call ... I like both. However, I agree with the possible issue over the "C" word.

I also like Hadley, Hailey (my cousin’s name), Hannah (although my friend’s daughter gets called Hannah Banana), and Hayden as 2-syllable "H" first names for girls.

Hunter definitely sounds too much like a boy’s name.
