I was going to suggest you don’t use Cadence because it’s a girl’s name, but since it’s after your brother I think it’s very sweet. Peter Cadence stands out to me. Andrew and Dylan are extremely popular. good luck. :)
Since both Dylan and Cadence are being used on little girls I would stay away from that combo. Andrew or Peter would be fine though.

How about Andrew Caden? It would still honor your brother and you wouldn’t have to worry about people thinking of it as a girl’s name.

I like Andrew the best! I don’t think the fact that Cadence is often used for girls is a real problem because it is his middle name. I think it has a special meaning for you and your family and that you should go with it. What matters is that you like it! I think your brother would be very proud!
